AEROSPACE UPDATE – Airspace Integration Week

Madrid will become the epicentre of global aviation from 25 to 28 September 2023. President of Enaire, David Lucas, will inaugurate the sector’s most important congress: Airspace Integration Week 2023. This unprecedented event, organised by the ATCA (Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA), marks the first time that Madrid will be hosting this world reference congress.

Airspace Integration Week 2023 encompasses three fundamental pillars that define the future of air transport
of air transport: current and future air traffic management (ATM), drone operations management (U-Space), air traffic control operations (U-Space) and space traffic management (STM). All of this is done with a strong focus on civil-military coordination, promoting cross-sector collaboration.

This event is composed of three crucial parts:
– Airspace Integration Congress: From Monday 25 to Wednesday 27 September, IFEMA will be the epicentre of discussions and presentations.
